will be held Sunday, April 19, 2026 at 1:00 p.m at 200 Balmoral Avenue Toronto
If you intend to use a proxy, please note that the person designated in a proxy shall hold no more than ONE proxy representing only one other Member in Good Standing.
The signed proxy form must be presented at the meeting OR returned to the Church by no later than 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2026 either by delivering it electronically
(subject “Proxy Form – Confidential”)
or by mailing it to or dropping it off at the Church offices at 200 Balmoral Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.
