St. John’s Spiritual Reatreat 2024! A project of St. John’s Spirituality and Faith Discussion Group

The annual retreat is back again!

This year’s retreat is scheduled for

Saturday October 19 11:00 am thru

Sunday October 20 1:00 pm.

The venue is the beautiful Camp Saulaine.

The theme this year is Christian Love.

Presenters include

Mac. Girts Grietins, Maris Lusis, Ieva Osis, Gunta Reynolds,

Rasma Caune.

Recommended reading is 1 Corinthians 13, The Four Loves by C. S. Lewis.

Saturday evening the movie Of Gods and Men will be shown.

The Sunday morning church service will be held outdoors weather permitting.

Meals will include lunch both days, dinner Saturday evening, and breakfast

Sunday morning. Coffee will be available throughout.

Free accommodation is available on a first come (i.e. to reserve),

first served basis.

The price for the weekend of $40 per person includes all meals.
